It is a one owner trailer for 22 years until I just bought it 7 months ago. It is in absolute pristine condition and my only criticism is that the Air Conditioner is too efficient. Refrigerator, heater, hot water tank, shower, sink, propane stove all work marvelously and an added bonus the refrigerator has a freezer drawer and it works on electric or propane.
There is also a TV attenue and microwave. The dinette folds down into a small queen bed. The settee bench into a queen bed. This is a very large ‘drop down’ unit to allow it to be parked in your garage. We love it but opted to buy a boat instead. Call if serious!
