1997 Chevy Express Diesel Converted Van

We have had this for several years now but the time has finally come to find her a new home as we are buying an actual home. The engine runs great, starts easily, and the turbodiesel climbs hills like a sports car. We have built it out to be fully capable of off-grid living for up to about 5 days or more (25g water tank, @~5g per day; 2 people and 1 dog). The engine is a very well-maintained, and the interior is equipped to run completely off the solar panels and deep-cycle battery (will not drain engine batteries). It has an ARB fridge/freezer, AC, 2kw generator, portable toilet, propane/electric hybrid water heater, 2" hitch receiver for Bike racks/trailers, and all the amenities you need to camp comfortably literally anywhere.

The Bads:
No interior speakers (radio DOES work though).
Seats are getting old
Exterior paint is showing age
No Propane installed. We use a camp stove for cooking inside and outside.
Water heater included but not connected. Faucet has cold water from the tank only.

The Goods:
Has a wet room and shower fixtures (needs hookups if wanted, makes a great storage space for now and houses the porta-toilet)
Roof Deck w/ Extra Large Thule Cargo Box - enjoy a nice cold beverage and the view from atop the van. Freshly re-stained and sealed.
Custom Rear bench seats convert to bed-mode in 30 seconds, and convert back into table and bench seats very easily. Bench Seat cushions become the mattress and are 4" thick and custom made to fit.
