2018 Crossroads Volante 365MD Fifth Wheel - Great Condition

Been a great family RV for us.
41' Fifth Wheel - Only been driven for 500 miles. Tires still like new. 4 slides. Power awning. 6 gallon elec/gas Water Heater.

No damage to exterior. Needs a bit of trim work patched up inside. Some of the cabinetry and doors are peeling and there are a few missing blinds. The awning is slightly bent, but should all be easy fixes. The unit has already been discounted to account for the minor interior repairs.
We still have the original double recliner love seat, it is not currently in the unit, but we will put it back once it is sold. A little wear on the armrests. But, I recently replaced the reclining mechanism so they work like new.
I replaced the kitchen sink with a retractable faucet less than a month ago. I also put a hinge on the bottom bunk bed to create easier access to the under-bed storage area.
