Cons
Rear AC in BR needs work. Might just be the fan. Not sure.
Generator-never used, but won’t start. Could be a simple fix. Don’t know.

Toilet “closet” walls are in mid-redecorate mode. (Was planning to redecorate.) Needs new border or wall paper or paint.

Some old water stains on ceiling, from previous owner from leaks around skylights, but has been repaired! Does not leak any more.
