Low Mileage 1992 Allegro Bay in need of TLC

I've got a 1992 Allegro Bay that has low mileage and needs only two repairs to get it mechanically sound. It needs a new fuel pump and new tires. This model has the Chevy engine with only 36,000 miles on it. It was well maintained for most it's life as it was used more for camping at a local park than driving, but in the past few years while in storage it has survived it's share of tropical storms in Summerfield, Florida- so it does need some TLC to the roof in the bathroom, where water has leaked through, as well as a good cleaning to the body.
