2009 Rockwood Windjammer - clean and spacious!

So I bought this beauty (which someone paid $30k+ for 11 years ago) to live in temporarily when all my petsitting gigs got cancelled, and found a better living situation so didn’t end up staying in it for more than a few weeks. It’s 23’, and the bedroom pops out to give you an extra 6 feet of living space when it’s parked. My friend was using it as an office for a few weeks and absolutely loved it though. The only things that are obviously wrong with it are the missing awning and a soft spot in the bathroom floor by the shower, which is covered with plywood. There are some wrinkles as you can see from the photos but the roof is not leaking, and there have been no issues with mold etc. The fridge and freezer work great, as does the electrical system, shower, tv, stereo, water hookup, stove, oven, satellite radio, etc. Will include the drinking water hose, stabilization jack cranks, reinforced padlock, hitch, cone, and a few other helpful accessories 🎸🎶
