We have looked for almost 2 years at Tiny houses and We found 2 designs that combined, make a beautiful Tiny House. This is one of the few Tiny Houses with a bedroom on the first floor. The ceilings are 11 FT high for an extremely open look and feel. They are fully 2 X 4 and 2 X 6 very well insulated wood frame house, NOT made of 2 X 2's and sheet metal. Easy to keep cool in the hot Arizona summers. We build them in Phoenix, AZ just like a regular house, it is just built on wheels. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room and an upstairs loft/bedroom area. Can be moved anywhere.
